Kirchgasse 59, 8706 Meilen

The Napulé is a cosy restaurant located next to the train station of Meilen. It seems to be a well known restaurant for eating a tasty pizza. At this evening many Italians were eating here, which is a good sign. The pizza is made in the wood stove. I recommend to book a table. We have made a reservation 3 weeks in advance and I was a bit disappointed having a table next to the entrance. Nevertheless the staff

was very friendly and attentive. It seems they have more staff then guests. The kitchen seems to be a meeting point for the whole owner family. I really like this. I had a pizza with spicy salami and it was tasting delicious. It is not the usual pizza you get everywhere. The pizza is softer and less crispy (Napels style).

Men's Toilet:

On the way to the toilet you pass a wall covered by dozens awards and diplomas. The place is owned by one of the best pizza makers. The toilet was clean and well maintained.
